摘要
平面二次包络环面蜗杆副的性能比圆柱蜗杆副更为优越,随着对利用展成法加工环面蜗轮的环面滚刀精度要求不断提高,环面滚刀的测量问题成为需解决的关键问题。基于空间啮合原理,建立对应蜗杆的齿面方程,推导出刃口齿形的数学模型,阐述了环面滚刀的测量原理及关键技术问题,并控制测量机进行测量试验,实现了滚刀刃口齿形误差的精密测量。
Double enveloping hourglass worm gear pair has a better performance than the cylindrical worm gear pair. With the increasing demand of the hourglass hob which machines the worm gears with generating method, the measurement of the hourglass hob has become a key issue to be solved with the development of the industry. The tooth profile equations are established based on the theory of space engagement. The mathematical model of edge profile is derived. The measur- ing principle and some key technical problems of the hourglass hob are described. The measuring machine to do a measure practice is control and the precision measurement of hob teeth profile error is realized.
