摘要
目的:为解决现有低温液体储罐配气效率低、液体充装影响气体使用等问题,研制一种低温液体储罐配用的现场供气装置。方法:该装置为液体槽车配载2个或者3个以上并列的车载低温液体储罐。采用双充装管线,用数显仪表取代液位计及压力表,并运用数字化和网络技术设计通信终端,实现电子化、自动化管理。结果:该低温液体储罐现场供气装置能稳定向外输气,无需专人值守看护,节省人力的同时安全性更有保障。结论:该装置安全系数高、配气快速,在运输、环境保护、成本消耗等方面优势明显,具有较高的市场价值。
Objective To develop an on-site gas supply device for the cryogenic liquid tank to solve the problems in gas distributing and liquid gas filling of the existing tank. Methods Two or more vehicle-mounted cryogenic liquid tanks in a line were placed onto the liquid tank truck. With double filling pipelines adopted, the device realized automated management by replacing liquidometer and pressure gauge with digital indicator and designing communication terminal with digital and network technologies. Results The device had stable gas transmission, unattended operation, low manpower consumption and enhanced safety. Conclusion The device behaves well in gas distributing, safety, transport,environment protection, cost and etc, and thus has great values in the market.
