摘要
配电网变电站并列运行可以在保持简单网架结构的前提下大幅度提高运行经济性、供电可靠性与供电能力。随着电网运行控制水平的提高,未来配电网可能更多采用并列运行。由于并列运行下负荷的转移方式、故障恢复路径的选择等均发生变化,原有供电能力的计算不再适用。首先建立了并列运行情况下配电网的联络关系矩阵、主变容量矩阵与联络极限容量矩阵,提出了满足N-1安全准则的并列运行的最大供电能力的计算方法;其次,研究了不同主变并列对供电能力的影响与规律;最后利用算例验证了所提方法的有效性,量化展示了并列运行对供电能力的提升空间,为并列运行配电网的供电能力评价与优化提供了依据。
Parallel operation of the distribution network can greatly improve the operational economic, reliability and power supply capability, with simple grid structure. And, it is the future possible trend of development for distribution network with the progress of operating and controlling technologies.Because under the parallel operation both the load transfer way and path of fault recovery will change, original TSC calculation method is no longer available. Firstly, the link matrix, transformer capacity matrix and limit capacity matrix of links are preseted, based on which, calculation method of total supply capability (TSC) under N-1 guidelines of parallel operation is proposed. Secondly, the paper studies the relationship between different parallel way and TSC.Finally, numerical examples demonstrate the effective- ness of the method. The proposed method improves TSC of the parallel operation, and provides a basis for parallel oper- ation with supply capability evaluation and optimization of the grid.
