摘要
具有随机、间歇特点的风电接入电网,使运行于接近安全极限状态下的电力系统更易出现线路过载问题,严重威胁系统的安全稳定运行。因此,对含风电场电力系统进行线路过载风险控制具有重要意义。首先,通过建立了线路过载的可能性模型和严重性模型来表征线路潮流波动的影响,进而形成线路过载风险指标;然后,建立了以发电成本和线路过载风险为目标函数的风险控制模型,基于Cholesky分解法生成负荷的相关样本,采用跟踪中心轨迹内点法,通过对控制变量的优化得到系统的线路过载风险和发电成本值;最后,在含风电场的IEEE-14节点系统上进行仿真分析。结果表明负荷相关性影响到系统运行成本和过载风险值,进行过载风险控制应考虑负荷相关性。
With interconnected random and intermittent wind power to the grid, the power system running near securi- ty limit is more likely to be in the condition of line overload. It seriously threatens the safety and stability of power sys- tem. So it is significant for wind-integrated power system to control the line overload risk. Initially, the likelihood and the severity models of line overload are proposed to discuss the impacts of line flow fluctuations and consequences caused by fluctuations , and then risk index of line overload is computed. Secondly, risk control model of line overload is proposed with an objective function including power generation cost and line overload risk. The correlation samples of loads are generated by Cholesky decomposition method. Path following interior point method is employed to solve the risk control model. Finally, the proposed method is tested on the modified 14-bus system. Simulation results indicate that the correlation of load affects the system generation cost and the line overload risk, and load correlation should be considered for risk control of line overload.
