DR平片与多层螺旋CT在易漏诊的骨折的应用 被引量:3

摘要 目的分析数字X线成像(DR)与多层X线计算机体层成像(MSCT)在易漏诊的骨折的应用价值。方法回顾分析2011—2014年该院诊断的32例易漏诊的外伤性患者,行DR平片结合MSCT而得到确诊的患者。结果 8例不完全骨折,20例完全性骨折,4例粉碎性骨折,DR平片诊断准确率为68.7%(22/32),MSCT结合DR平片准确率为93.7%(30/32),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 DR平片结合多层螺旋CT可明显提高骨创伤诊断的正确率,减少漏诊、误诊。 Objective To analysis the application value of DR plain film with multi-slice spiral CT in the diagnosis of fracture of the leaky.Methods 32 cases of missed diagnosis of traumatic patients from 2011 to 2014 were retrospective analysis,combined with multi slice spiral CT and get the fracture diagnosed patients.Results 8 cases of incomplete fracture,20 cases of complete fracture,4 cases of comminuted fracture.Conclusion DR flat with multi slice spiral CT can obviously improve the correct rate of diagnosis of bone trauma,reduce missed diagnosis,misdiagnosis.
