摘要
从一年生红锥(Castanopsis hystix)母株上剪取嫩枝作插穗,研究其扦插生根过程中营养物质含量的变化。结果表明,红锥嫩枝扦插生根过程中插穗基部的可溶性糖含量呈升高-降低的变化趋势,淀粉含量呈降低-升高-降低的的变化趋势,蛋白质含量呈缓慢升高-急剧降低-急剧升高的变化趋势,氮素含量呈缓慢上升的变化趋势,C/N呈下降-上升-下降的变化趋势。红锥插穗扦插后0~18 d是生根的重要时期,愈伤组织和不定根原始体的诱导都在这一阶段进行,叶面喷施适量的蔗糖可促进根原始体的形成。
Castanopsis hystrix softwoods were used as material to study the changes of nutrients contents in its rooting process of cutting. The results showed that, during the rooting process of C. hystrix softwood cutting, in the base of cutting slips, the soluble sugar content changed with the changing trend of increasing first and then decreasing, and the starch content descended first and then ascended and descended at last. The protein content slowly increased first and then sharply decreasing and sharply increasing in the end. The N content slowly increased. The C / N ratio decreased first and then increased and decreased at last. It’s the important period of cutting slips rooting in 0 ~18 d after cutting. Callus and adventitious root primitive body would be induced, the growth of adventitious root primitive body could be promoted by spray saccharose in the meantime.
