摘要
目的探讨持续护理质量改进用于儿科优质护理服务管理临床效果。方法该院儿科优质护理服务管理于2013年8月开始实施持续护理质量改进模式,以实施前后1年分别设为对照组和观察组;比较两组基础护理合格率、病区管理合格率、专业操作技术合格率及临床护理满意度等。结果观察组基础护理合格率、病区管理合格率及专业操作技术合格率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组临床护理满意度显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论持续护理质量改进用于儿科优质护理服务管理可有效提高护理服务质量,改善护理满意度,具有临床应用价值。
Objective To investigate application effects of continuous nursing quality improvement for high quality nursing service management in Pediatric Department.Methods Continuous nursing quality improvement for high quality nursing service management was started in August 2013 in Pediatric Department of our hospital and before and after implementation in 1 year were separately defined as control group and observation group;and the qualified rate of basic nursing,ward management and professional operative technology and clinical nursing satisfaction of both groups were compared.Results The qualified rate of basic nursing,ward management and professional operative technology of observation group were statistically significant higher than control group(P〈0.05).The o clinical nursing satisfaction of observation group were statistically significant higher than control group(P〈0.05).Conclusion Continuous nursing quality improvement for high quality nursing service management in Pediatric Department can effectively higher nursing service quality and improve nursing satisfaction.
