Luzhou- flavor liquor production is a complex process that each aspect has mutual restraint and interaction. In this paper we detailed analysis each critical control point of the wine production and summarize the each quality control point while provides quality assurance and technical supports for the health and safety of Luzhou- flavor Liquor.
