摘要
计算分析镁合金正挤压-扭转复合变形的挤压力,对正挤压部分与扭转部分分别采用滑移线法和微元法计算变形时所需的挤压分力。并利用有限元模拟仿真获得不同扭转长度条件下的镁合金正挤压-扭转复合变形的挤压力,在此数据的基础上对两个挤压分力与总挤压力进行线性拟合计算,最终得出与实际较为吻合的总挤压力公式。
The calculation and analysis of extrusion load were mainly carried out on Mg alloys processed by direct extrusion and torsional compound deformation,the extrusion force components of direct extrusion and torsional deformation were calculated using slip line and micro element method,respectively. Moreover,the data of extrusion load with different torsional length were obtained by the finite element simulation. On the basis of the data,linear fitting for the total extrusion load and the two extrusion force components was further studied,and the total extrusion load agreed with the actual experiment was obtained finally.
