摘要
目的:本实验旨在探讨大豆肽对断奶仔猪胃酸分泌的影响及其作用机制。方法:选取刚出生的健康苏姜猪仔猪30头,随机分为对照组和大豆肽组,对照组仔猪在断奶前常规补料,大豆肽组仔猪则补充基础日粮+2%大豆肽,仔猪在21 d时一次性断奶,分别在21日龄与35日龄时每组随机取6头仔猪宰杀,取血液、胃黏膜及胃内容物,对两组所有仔猪的胃食糜p H值、血清中胃泌素含量以及胃底组织中H+-K+-ATP酶、Na+-K+-ATP酶、胃蛋白酶的活性进行测定。结果:大豆肽组中,21日龄仔猪胃内p H值下降(由对照组的4.40±0.17降至3.94±0.38),35日龄仔猪胃内p H值显著下降(由对照组的4.15±0.16降至2.89±0.06);35日龄仔猪血清中胃泌素含量显著升高(P<0.05),胃黏膜中H+-K+-ATP酶和Na+-K+-ATP酶以及胃蛋白酶的活力均升高,但与对照组间无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论:大豆肽可促进仔猪胃酸分泌,但其作用途径不是通过提高H+-K+-ATP/Na+-K+-ATP酶活力通路实现,可能是通过促进胃泌素分泌直接作用于壁细胞引起的。
The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of soybean peptide on the secretion of gastric acid in weaning piglets. Thirty newborn Sujiang pigs were randomly divided into control group and soy peptide group. In the soy peptide group, 2% soybean peptide was additionally added to the basal diet. All pigs were weaned at 21 days of age. At the age of 21 days and 35 days, 6 pigs were randomly selected in each group and slaughtered. Gastric chyme p H, serum gastrin level and the enzyme activities of H^＋-K^＋-ATPase, Na^＋-K^＋-ATPase and pepsin in the stomach fundus were measured. Results： In the soy peptide group, the intragastric p H of 21-day-old piglets decreased to 3.94 ± 0.38 from 4.40 ± 0.17; the intragastric p H of 35-day-old piglets was 2.89 ± 0.06, a significant decrease compared with 4.15 ± 0.16 for control group; the serum gastrin level of 35-day-old piglets increased significantly（P〈0.05） and the enzyme activities of gastric mucosal H^＋-K^＋-ATPase, Na^＋-K^＋-ATPase and pepsin also increased but not significantly（P〈0.05）. These results suggest that soybean peptide can improve the secretion of gastric acid in piglets, likely by increasing gastrin secretion which may directly act on the parietal cells rather than by enhancing the activities of H^＋-K^＋-ATPase, Na^＋-K^＋-ATPase and pepsin.
