摘要
项目管理成熟度模型作为项目管理的重要手段,在设施农业技术服务项目中也得到广泛应用,对推进设施农业技术服务项目综合绩效效果明显。其中,项目管理成熟度评价指标是模型构建的核心。本文结合设施农业技术服务项目特点,对设施农业技术服务项目管理成熟度模型的评价指标进行构建分析。
Project management maturity model as an important means of project management,it is also widely used in facilities agricultural technology service projects.Among them,the project management maturity evaluation index is the core of the model construction.In this paper, combining with the characteristics of facilities agricultural technology services, the establishment of the evaluation index of the facility agricultural technology service project management maturity model was analyzed.
