摘要
以甘草、党参、黄芪、黄芩4种中草药的根为供体,以萝卜种子及幼苗为受体,采用生物测定的方法,对4种中草药的化感作用进行了研究。结果表明:4种中草药的根水浸液在不同浓度下对萝卜种子的萌发、幼苗的生长及干重等均具有化感作用,总体表现为化感抑制作用;4种中草药的根水浸液的化感作用具有一定的浓度效应,水浸液浓度越大,抑制作用越强;4种中草药对萝卜化感作用由强到弱的顺序依次为党参>黄芪>甘草>黄芩。
This paper was studied by four kinds of herbal medicine roots of Glycyrrhiza uralensis Fisch,Codonopsis pilosula,Radix astragali, Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi for donor,and radish seeds and seedlings for receptor,adopted the bioassay method to study allelopathy of four kinds of herbal medicine. The results showed that the roots of four kinds of herbal medicine water infusion under different concentrations had allelopathy to radish seed germination, seedling growth and dry weight, and overall presented allelopathic inhibition;The allelopathy of four kinds roots had certain concentration effect, the greater the concentration of water infusion,the stronger of the allelopathic inhibition; the allelopathy order of four kinds roots on radish from strong to weak was Codonopsis pilosula〉Radix astragali〉Glycyrrhiza uralensis Fisch〉Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi.
