摘要
目的为了更好的保证血液透析护理的质量,通过建立科学有效的血液透析护理环节质量评定标准体系,提升整体护理水平。方法大量的血液透析护理临床数据结果和相关文献资料结论组成血液透析护理环节质量评定标准体系,同时针对所确立的血液透析护理环节质量评定标准体系进行相关护理专家的评估、论证,最终制定出符合治疗标准的血液透析护理环节质量评定标准体系。结果经过专家多轮的评估、论证,确立一级指标和二级指标,并确定相关评定数值。结论通过采取德尔菲法对血液透析护理环节进行质量评估,可以在保证血液透析护理环节质量达到治疗规定标准的情况下,提升整体护理水平,为后续的治疗和护理工作提供了良好的参考基础。
Objective In order to better guarantee the quality of hemodialysis nursing,by establishing a scientific and effective link of hemodialysis nursing quality evaluation criteria system,to enhance the level of holistic nursing. Methods According to lots of clinical data and related literature conclusion established hemodialysis nursing link quality evaluation criteria system,at the same time for related nursing expert evaluation,demonstration,finally make a treatment standard hemodialysis nursing quality evaluation criteria system. Results After experts several rounds of evaluation,reasoning,established first-level indicators and secondary indicators,and determined the related evaluation values. Conclusion By adopting the Delphi method to evaluated hemodialysis nursing link quality assessment,can ensure the quality of hemodialysis nursing link reached the standard of stipulating in the treatment of cases,enhance the level of overall nursing for follow-up treatment and provides a good reference.
