摘要
为了研究近水平露天煤矿采用拉斗铲倒堆剥离工艺的基本参数,分析了拉斗铲作业的基本参数,建立了计算公式,基于基本参数推导出拉斗铲的年有效生产能力。根据黑岱沟露天煤矿的基本情况,对其拉斗铲倒堆工艺参数进行了研究和评价。结果表明:拉斗铲的年有效生产能力与回转角之间符合二次函数关系,回转角与开采条带宽度和有效挖掘时间等多个参数存在函数关系。
In order to study the basic parameters of dragline stripping technology in nearly horizontal open-pit coal mine,based on the basic parameters and its calculation formula of dragline,the annual effective production capacity of dragline was deduced,according to the basic situation of Heidaigou Open-pit Mine,the stripping parameters were studied and evaluated,and the results show that the annual effective production capacity of dragline accords with quadratic function relation between rotation angle,and the rotation angle has function relationship with stripping width and the effective mining time.
