摘要
采用ICP-AES法检测钨铈合金中铈、镧、镨、钕、钬、镱的含量。选用8mL硝酸(1+1)与10mL浓过氧化氢作为溶剂溶解样品,铈、镧、镨、钕、钬、镱的分析谱线分别为418.659,408.671,396.481,378.425,345.600,328.937um。各元素工作曲线线性良好,线性相关系数均大于0.99990。方法检出限为0.006-0.015gg/mL,加标回收率为90.5%-106.5%,测定结果的相对标准偏差为3.51%~6.11%(H=61。该方法溶样速度快,精密度、准确度较高,可用于于钨铈合金中铈、镧、镨、钕、钬、镱的测定。
A method for the determination ofCe, La, Pr, Nd, Ho and Yb in tungsten-cerium alloys by ICP-AES was established. The sample was dissolved with 10 mL perhydrol and 8 mL nitric acid(1+1). Analysis lines of Ce, La, Pr, Nd, Ho, Yb were 418.659,408.671,396.481,378.425,345.600,328.937 nm, respectively. Good linearity of working curve for each element was obtained, the correlation coefficient was more than 0.999 90. The detection limits were 0.006-0.015 μg / mL, the standard addtion recoveris were 90.5%-106.5%, and the relative standard deviations were 3.51%-6.11% (n=6). The method is quick in sample dissolution, it can be used for the determination of Ce, La, Pr, Nd, Ho and Yb in tungsten- cerium alloys with higher accuracy and precision.
