摘要
目的:观察"中气法"针刺治疗糖尿病胃轻瘫(diabetic gastroparesis,DGP)的临床疗效,寻找治疗DGP的最佳配穴。方法:120例患者,随机分为治疗组、对照组各60例。对照组给予口服多潘立酮(吗丁啉)治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上加用"中气法"针刺治疗,7 d为1个疗程,连续治疗4个疗程后评定疗效。结果:治疗组有效率为93.33%,对照组为71.67%,治疗组明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:"中气法"针刺治疗DGP疗效显著。
Objective： To observe the clinical effect of Zhongqi therapy in treating the diabetes gastroparesis and find out the best companion points for this disease. Methods： 120 patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,60 cases in each group. The control group was given Domperidone and the control group was given the ＂ Zhongqi＂ therapy based on the treatment group,7 days as one course. Then treatment was evaluated after 4 courses. Results： The effect rate was 93. 33% in treatment group and71. 67% in control group. The controll group has better effect than the control group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： The zhongqi therapy has a remarkable effect for diabetes gastroparesis.
