摘要
以滇黄精、金银花、枇杷花、百合、陈皮、蜂蜜、雪梨为主要原料,研制清肺养肺型植物饮料,并研究相关饮料生产工艺。探讨了黄精、金银花、枇杷、萃取条件及饮料配方的优选实验,得到饮料的最佳配方:金银花5%、枇杷花10%、滇黄精15%、百合15%、陈皮7%、蜂蜜0.5%、雪梨浓缩汁65°Brix5%,木糖醇3.5%,低聚果糖5%,三氯蔗糖0.03%,柠檬酸0.16%。该植物饮料口感优良,风味独特,清热解毒、润肺止咳,是针对雾霾空气及空气质量差影响肺部健康的保健食疗饮料。
In this paper,for polygonatum kingianum,honeysuckle,loquat flower,lilium,tangerine peel,honey,pear as the main raw material,we study the plant type beverage which is beneficial to the health of the lung,and to study the production process of the beverage. Discusses the extraction conditions of polygonatum kingianum and honeysuckle and loquat flower,resurch the optimized test of beverage formulation,the optimum formulation shows as follows: 5% honeysuckle,10% loquat flower,15% polygonatum kingianum,15% lilium,7% tangerine peel,0.5% honey,5% pear juice concentrate 65Brix,3.5% xylitol,5% oligosaccharide,0.03% sucralose,0.16% citric acid. The plant beverage has good taste and unique flavor,clearing away heat and toxic material,runfei zhike,is a health diet drinks for fog weather and air quality is poor to affecting lung health.
