摘要
多囊卵巢综合征是妇科临床常见的内分泌失调性疾病,其发病机制复杂,临床表现多样化,近年来中医在辨病与辨证的指导原则下进行施治,取得了一些进展。多数学者认为肾虚血瘀是多囊卵巢综合征的主要病因病机,临床采用补肾活血法治疗该病,取得了较好的疗效。
PCOS is a common endocrine disorder disease in gynecology; its pathogenesis is complex; clinical symptoms are varied. Based on guiding principles for TCM differentiating syndrome and treatment, some progress were gained in recent years. Most scholars believe that Shenxu Xueyu is the main pathogenesis of PCOS. In clinical treatment, the Bushen Huoxue therapy on PCOS shows a good effect.
