一种用于循环肿瘤细胞检测的生物传感器芯片 被引量:2

摘要 研究制作了基于过滤方式的循环肿瘤细胞检测生物传感器芯片。该生物传感器芯片为三层结构的微流控芯片,主要包括上层进样腔室、过滤膜及下层废液腔室。肺癌肿瘤细胞株H446悬液和临床肺癌病人血液样本为测试样本,对芯片检测能力进行了测试。实验结果显示:基于过滤方式的检测芯片对于循环肿瘤细胞有着高速高效的检测能力,临床样本检测结果优于传统方法,表明该芯片为循环肿瘤细胞检测提供了一个简便、快速、高效的实用工具。 A biosensor chip based on filtration is developed for circulating tumor cell( CTC) detection. The chip consists of three layers,that are an upper sample injection chamber,a filtering membrane and a lower effluent chamber. Healthy blood samples with tumor cells H446 and clinical lung cancer patient 's blood samples are loaded into the chip to test detectability of the chip. The results suggest that the microfiltration chip has detectability with high speed and high efficiency,the chip is proved to have a better clinic detectability than traditional immumo-magnetic beads method,it is proved that the chip provides an practical tool for CTC detection with easy operation,fast,and high efficiency.
