摘要
目前,图书馆新生入学教育在教师和学生方面都存在一些问题,通过确立正确的入学教育的目的与理念,大力进行教学研究与改革,改进组织方式,创新教育内容,提高教师素质等手段克服入学教育中的问题,引导学生初步利用图书馆,为培养他们良好的信息素养奠定基础。
There were some issues existing in both teacher and student sides in the freshmen＇s entrance education of university library now. Through establishing the correct purpose and concept of entrance education and promoting teaching resem＇ch and reform, like improving organization form, innovating teaching contents and increasing teacher quality, it could overcome the issues and guide students to utilize the library and improve their information literacy.
