摘要
目的 探究早期梅毒血清固定患者实施头孢曲松钠联合胸腺五肽治疗临床疗效和意义。方法选取2013年3月~2015年4月收治的早期梅毒血清固定患者142例作为研究对象。随机分组法分为观察组和对照组各71例,对照组实施常规水剂青霉素钠及苄星青霉素治疗,观察组在对照组基础上增加头孢曲松钠2g静脉注射,并联合胸腺五肽治疗,肌肉注射1mg,每天一次,持续治疗2周。对比两组患者治疗后免疫球蛋白（IgM）、血清补体C3,CD4细胞,CD8细胞等各免疫功能指标,观察两组治疗后第3个月、6个月、12个月血清中RPR滴度及临床疗效。结果 观察组IgM水平明显低于对照组,C3水平明显高于对照组,且CD4数明显多于对照组,CD8数明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义（均P〈0.05）。观察组3个月、6个月、12个月RPR转阴率明显增加,且转阴率明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义（均P〈0.05）。治疗3个月后观察组痊愈率71.83%、总有效率73.24%明显高于对照组54.93%、56.34%,差异均有统计学意义（均P〈0.05）。治疗12个月后观察组痊愈率88.73%、总有效率95.77%明显高于对照组73.24%、85.92%,差异均有统计学意义（均P〈0.05）。结论 早期梅毒血清固定患者实施头孢曲松钠联合胸腺五肽治疗,可明显加强患者免疫功能,提高RPR转阴率,临床疗效显著,安全性高,值得临床推广。
Objective To explore the clinical curative of serum fixed implementation of ceftriaxone sodium treat- ment combined with thymopentin on patients with early syphilis. Methods 142 patients with early syphilis were divided into observation group （71 cases） and control group （71 cases）. The control group was treated with implement regular agent penicillin sodium and benzathine penicillin therapy. The observation group was treated with thymopentin intramus- cular 1 rag, once daily, continuous treatment 2 weeks, additionally. The immunoglobulin （IgM）, C3, CD4 and CD8 and clinical curative effect were observed. Results IgM level of observation group was obviously lower than that of the con- trol group. The C3 level of observation group was obviously higher than that of control group. CD4 of observation group was more than that of the control group. CD8 of observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group. RPR overcast rate of 3 months, 6 months and 12 months of observation group increased significantly, which was signifi- cantly higher than that of the control group （P〈0.05）. The cure rate of observation group 3 months after treatment （71.83%） was significantly higher than that of the control group （54.93%）. The difference had statistical significance （P〈0. 05）. The cure rate of observation group 12 months after treatment （88.73 %） was significantly higher than that of the control group total effective rate （73.24%） （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Serum fixed implementation of cetriaxone sodi- um treatment combined with thymopentin can obviously enhance the immune function and improve the RPR overcast rate for patients with early syphilis, which is effective and safe.
