摘要
专业素养是专门职业对从业人员的整体要求。视障教育教师的专业素养构成有其特殊性,具有高度综合化的特征。借鉴美国经验并参考我国普通教育教师专业标准的结构,视障教育教师专业素养应包括专业情意、专业知识、专业能力三个维度的要求。
The professional quality is a totally professional demand of special professional staff. The professional quality compo- nents of a teacher for the visual impaired contain the particularity and a highly comprehensive feature. American experiences and the structure of Chinese professional standard of normal education are taken for reference to indicate that the professional quality components of a teacher for the visual impaired should contain the demand of three dimensions of professional emotion, knowledge and ability.
