摘要
本研究采用熔体混合法制备了Al-22wt.%Si合金,通过正交设计实验方法,研究了高温熔体过热温度、低温熔体过热温度及混合保温时间对合金显微组织和性能的影响。研究结果表明,高温熔体过热温度对初生硅相的平均直径影响最大,其次为混合保温时间,而低温熔体过热温度的影响最小。正交实验获得最佳制备工艺参数为:高温过热温度1000℃,低温过热温度850℃,混合保温时间30min,此时初生硅平均直径最小,为24.96μm,分布均匀,形态规整,合金布氏硬度最大为116.3HB,相对耐磨性提高近40%。
Al- 22 wt. % Si alloy was prepared with melt mixing,and effects of high low temperature melt and mixing time on microstructures and properties were studied by orthogonal design testing. The results showed that high temperature melt had maximum influence on primary Si diameter,the mixing time secondly,while low temperature melt had minimum influence. The optimum scheme was high temperature melt of 1000℃,low temperature melt of 850℃ and mixing time of 30 min. The primary Si with regular shape distributed minimum average diameter of 24. 96μm. The maximum hardness was 116. 3HB and relative wear resistance improved up to 40%.
