摘要
通过在蛋鸡饲料中添加不同维生素,研究其对种蛋孵化性能和雏鸡出壳后1周龄以内成活率的影响.结果表明,不同水平VA,VE,B6,B12及生物素对蛋种鸡的生产性能影响不显著(P>0.05);VA10 000 IU/kg,VE20 mg/kg,B64.5 mg/kg,B120.03 mg/kg及生物素0.20 mg/kg(即各种维生素的最佳添加量)可显著提高种鸡的受精率、受精蛋孵化率、健雏率及雏鸡1周龄内成活率(P<0.05).说明在采集种蛋前4~5周添加适量的维生素,可以提高种蛋孵化性能及雏鸡出壳后1周龄以内成活率,从而提高经济效益.
The experiment was conducted to explore the hatchability of eggs and survival rate of chicks within a week, diets was added to different kinds and levels of vitamin. The results showed that different levels of VA, VE, B6, Bt2 and biotin could not significantly increase the production performance of breeding layers (P 〉 0.05 ); conventional diet with 10 000 IU/kg VA; 20 mg/kg VE, 4.5 mg/kg Bs, 0.03 mg/kg B12t, 0.20 mg/kg biotin significantly increased the rate of egg fertilization, hatchability of fertilized eggs, rate of healthy chicken and survival rate of chicks within a week (P 〈 0.05). To increase economic benefits, we should add the best quantity of vitamin to conventional diet of breeding hens.
