摘要
目的:更好地评价贵阳市婴幼儿生长发育情况,建立一套更合适的喂养指数(ICFI)评分体系。方法:比较从国内外各选取的两套喂养指数评分体系,重新建立新评分体系,对6~24月龄婴幼儿的生长发育进行相关性分析。以SPSS软件进行统计分析,检验水准α=0.05。结果:城市婴幼儿的WAZ与方法 1、新评分呈正相关,其相关系数分别为:0.107、0.135,P为0.004、0.001;与方法 2呈负相关,相关系数分别为-0.110,P值分别为0.003;而LAZ与新评分的喂养指数呈正相关,相关系数为0.113,P值为0.005。农村中,新评分喂养指数与LAZ呈正相关,其相关系数为0.123,P值为0.03,但与WAZ则无相关性。结论:3种方法的喂养指数皆不同,新建立的评分体系可为本地婴幼儿喂养提供建议与指导,宣传正确的喂养知识。
Objective:The more appropriate infant children feeding index (ICFI) scoring system was established in order to evaluate infant growth and development situation of Guiyang. Methods: A new scoring system was established by comparing two sets of index scoring systems was selected from domestic and foreign , to study the association between the ICFI and indicators of 6 to 24 months infant of Guiyang. Statistical analysis by SPSS software, testing level of alpha = 0.05. Results: The results showed the positive relationship between WAZ with ICFI scores in the first method and the new scoring system, r = 0.107, r = 0.135, P = 0. 004, P = 0. 001. And the scende method results showed a negative correlation, - 0.110, P = 0.003. The LAZ was no correlation with the feeding index in the former two methods, but was positively correlated with new scoring system, r = 0.113, P = 0. 005. In rural, LAZ were positively correlated with the new feed index, r = 0.123, P = 0.03, had no correlation with WAZ. Conclusion: Three kinds of feeding index were different, the urban feeding index were higher than rural. The new score is relatively suitable for the comprehensive evaluation infant growth and development in Guiyang. It can provide the scientific evidences for the advice and guidance of the local infant and young child feeding, and education for feeding knowledge.
