沥青路面施工过程质量信息实时监控系统研究 被引量:33

摘要 为了构建一套完整的沥青路面施工质量信息实时监控评价系统,开发了沥青混合料拌和站和摊铺机的数据实时采集程序,通过3G无线网络实现了数据实时传输,采用数据库、Java语言和统计过程控制(SPC)原理建立了基于B/S(浏览器/服务器)结构模型的沥青路面施工过程质量信息分析与评价模块,并对其关键技术进行研究;采用合格率、SPC控制图和过程能力指数等统计参数对沥青混合料拌和与摊铺的关键施工参数进行实时动态的评价和反馈,以可视化的图表显示评价结果,对超阈值数据进行高亮显示和自动短信报警。实际效果表明,该系统能实时、准确地对相关参数进行采集和分析评价,并对异常数据进行报警反馈。 In order to establish a complete real-time information monitoring and evaluating system of construction quality of asphalt pavement,a real-time data acquisition program for collecting some key parameters from asphalt mixing plant and paver is developed. 3G wireless internet is used to real-time transmit these data. Using data base technique, Java language and statistical process control( SPC)principle,a quality information analysis and evaluation module of asphalt pavement construction process is developed based on B / S structure model,and some research of the key technology is conducted. Some statistical parameters are adopted to evaluate and feed back the key construction parameters of the asphalt mixing plant and paver real-timely,such as qualified rate,SPC control chart and process capability index.The evaluation result is displayed with visual charts,the unqualified data are warned by mobile short message and highlight automatically. The application effect shows that the system can collect and evaluate the key parameters and warn the unqualified data real-timely and accurately.
