摘要
我国城市轨道交通进入建设热潮,站点地区立体化空间开发利用值得深入探讨和研究。本文从分析城市轨道交通站点地区复合特性入手,指出城市轨道站区地下空间开发利用的必然趋势及存在的挑战;结合国内外典型城市相关建设经验启示,紧密围绕站点地区的复合特性,分别从紧凑集约用地开发、创建以人为本的地下步行系统、挖掘站点文化地域特性等方面提出以轨道交通站点为核心的地下空间开发策略。
At present the urban rail transit has entered a period of rapid development in Chinese metropolises.Based on the analysis of diversified characteristics of urban rail transit area the trend and challenges of underground space development and utilization in urban rail transit sites were pointed out.Combined with the construction examples of typical urban underground development at home and abroad,this paper discussed the underground space development strategy with urban rail transit site as the core from three aspects:intensive land-use mode,peopleoriented design of pedestrian systems and culture geographical characteristic.
