缓激肽受体及NO在卵巢癌中的表达 被引量:1

Role of bradykinin receptor-mediated NO signaling pathway in ovarian cancer

摘要 目的测定卵巢癌和卵巢良性肿瘤患者经手术切除的肿块组织中缓激肽(bradykinin,BK)受体亚型(B1、B2受体)及其下游的主要信号分子NO产生的内皮型一氧化氮合酶(endothelial nitric oxide synthase,eNOS)、诱导型一氧化氮合酶(iducible nitric oxide synthase,iNOS)的表达,探讨其在卵巢癌发生中的作用。方法选取临床确诊的卵巢癌及卵巢良性肿瘤患者,采用免疫组织化学法检测卵巢组织中B1、B2受体及eNOS、iNOS的表达。采用NO试剂盒测定卵巢癌患者和正常对照组血液中NO的含量。结果良性卵巢组织中B1受体表达呈阴性,B2受体表达呈阳性,eNOS表达呈弱阳性,iNOS表达呈阴性;卵巢癌组织细胞中B1、B2受体、eNOS及iNOS表达均呈强阳性。卵巢癌患者血清中NO含量显著高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论卵巢癌患者血清中的NO含量较正常人高,其卵巢组织中B1和B2受体、eNOS及iNOS的表达均增加。 Objective To determine the expression of receptor subtypes(B1,B2 receptor receptor)in the slow shock peptide(bradykinin,BK)of ovarian cancer and ovarian benign tumor patients after surgical removal of the tumor tissue and its endothelial nitric oxide synthase(endothelial nitric oxide synthase,eNOS)produced by downstream of the main signal molecule type NO and induced nitric oxide synthase(iducible nitric oxide synthase,iNOS),and to explore its role in ovarian cancer.Methods The study enrolled ovarian cancer and ovarian benign tumor patients who had confirmed clinical diagnosis,immune histochemical method was used to detect B1,B2 receptor,eNOS and iNOS expression in ovarian tissue.NO kit was used to determine NO content in the blood of ovarian cancer patients and normal controls.Results B1 receptor expression was negative,B2 receptor positive,eNOS weak positive,iNOS was negative in benign ovarian tissue;B1,B2 receptor,eNOS and iNOS in ovarian cancer cells were strong positive.Serum NO content of ovarian cancer was significantly higher than that of control group(P〈0.01).Conclusion Serum NO content in ovarian cancer patients is higher than that in healthy people,also B1,B2,eNOS and iNOS in the ovarian tissue increase.
