摘要
基于消费者决策过程理论,以保定市某高中学生家长为调查对象,对消费者食品营养标签使用及其影响因素进行分析。分析表明,被调查者不太具备食品营养知识,对食品标签的理解程度不高,大部分被调查者在购物时很少或从不查看食品包装上的营养标签。实证结果表明,提高消费者对食品标签的熟悉度、消费者对食品营养问题的信心以及消费者对食品标签的客观理解可以提高消费者对食品标签的使用。此外,未来宣传应当侧重女性以及年龄较大的消费者,因为这部分消费者更有可能使用食品营养标签。
Based on the theory of consumer decision-making process, this study investigated the use of food nutrition labels of the parents of high-school students in Baoding City and its determinants. Results showed that participants' nutrition knowledge and understanding in food nu- trition labels were not high. Most of participants seldom or never used food nutrition labels when they were shopping. Familiarity with food nu- trition labels and objective nutrition knowledge yielded positive effects on participants' use of food nutrition labels. In addition, female and older consumers would more like to use food nutrition labels compared with their counterparts. Implication for how to communicate food nutrition labels with Chinese consumers was given.
