摘要
以海启高速如东段如东南枢纽方案设计为依托,论述了节能减排设计新理念在该项目方案设计中的考虑及运用,通过对不同设计方案优缺点的比较及经济技术指标的对比,确定了推荐的设计方案,该节能减排设计新理念对类似交叉互通方案的设置及比选提供了一种思路,具有一定参考意义。
Based on the design of RuDongNan Hub at RuDong Section of Haiqi Highway,the paper discusses the Energy Saving and Emission Reduction Theory and its application to the project.The advantages and disadvantages of different designs are compared while the economical impacts of different designs are also considered.The final optimal design is chosen based on the comparison results.The Energy Saving and Emission Reduction Theory has been proven to be useful for the selection of the designs for similar interchange cases.
