长距离引调水工程PCCP设计关键技术 被引量:7

Study on key techniques for design of PCCP for long-distance diversion project

摘要 PCCP(预应力钢筒混凝土管)在我国引调水工程应用中越来越广泛,制管工艺与运用技术日趋成熟,但在工程设计方面的认识还有不少分歧。本文根据设计同类工程的实例,结合工程运行情况和试验资料,对管材比选方法、水力学计算、止推设计等PCCP工程设计关键技术进行了研究,得到了相应结论。研究成果可供工程设计人员参考。 The PCCP( Prestressed Concrete Cylinder Pipe) is more and more widely applied to the water diversion project in China,for which the pipe manufacture technology and the application technique is mature gradually,but quite a few cognitive differences are there in the aspect of the engineering design of it. In accordance with the case of the design of the similar project,the key techniques for the engineering design of PCCP,such as the method of the comparative selection of pipe material,hydraulic calculation,thrust design,etc.,are studied herein in combination with the operation of the relevant project,and then the related viewpoints are put forward as well. The study result can provide references for the engineering designers concerned.
