摘要
大学跨组织科研合作是促进学术资源流动、实现协同创新的重要途径。运用社会网络分析法,对2005年至2014年期间进入CSSCI来源期刊目录的49种教育学期刊中的合著论文进行统计,通过关系矩阵建立大学跨校科研合著网络,结果发现:我国教育学跨校科研合著网络规模不断扩大但结构十分松散,少数几所重点师范类大学在合著网络中占据主导地位,合著派系呈现出典型的同质性和地域性特征,网络具有明显的核心和边缘地带。网络结构化特征表明,完善科研合作的激励机制、鼓励跨校合作发表才能进一步增强大学科研合作的广度和深度,推进协同创新。
University's cross-organizational collaboration is an important way to promote academic resources flow and collaborative innovation. By using Social Network Analysis, we take statistics on the co-published papers of 49 educational journals in CSSCI catalogues in 10 years. With the agency of incidence matrix, an institutional research co-publication network is constructed. The results suggest an expanding network with loose structure. A minority of key normal universities occupies the critical positions. The co-author cliques show the characters of homophily and territoriality emblematically. Core and periphery areas occur obviously in the network. Structural characteristics of institutional research co-publication network reveal that administration should enhance the incentive mechanism of research collaboration and encourage institutional co-publication.Only in this way can we increase the breadth and depth of research collaboration as well as promote collaborative innovation.
