摘要
姑息医学应避免片面作为癌症生命末期症状控制的一项临床策略——姑息治疗，还不应被开展“癌痛的规范化治疗”所替代，姑息医学现已在国际文明与进步的国家和地区被接受作为主流医学的一个专业化分支学科。
Palliative medicine should be avoided developing into a way of ＂symptomatology＂ -palliative therapy, and not be replaced by ＂the standard management of cancer pain＂. Palliative medicine has been recognized as a branch of the mainstream medicine in the countries and regions with advanced civilization of the world.
