摘要
针对火电机组燃煤锅炉排烟余热利用的经济性评价,采用ASME PTC 46-1996电站整体性能试验标准方法,给出了不同试验边界下的试验测量和计算方法,并以某超临界600 MW机组烟气余热利用改造项目为例进行了试验验证。结果表明:基于不同试验边界获得的机组循环热效率(发电煤耗率)基本一致;不同机组的试验边界应根据现场测量情况,综合考虑锅炉烟气温度、成分和外来热量的测量不确定度来选择。
Against economic evaluation of flue gas waste heat utilization in coal-fired boilers,the test meas-urement and calculation methods under different experimental boundary conditions were put forward,ac-cording to the overall plant performance test code ASME PTC 46 Moreover,by taking the flue gas waste heat utilization project for a supercritical 600 MW unit boiler as the example,experiments were carried out to verify these methods.The results show that,the coal consumption rates obtained under different experi-mental boundary conditions were basically the same.The final test boundary of each unit should be ascer-tained according to the field measurements and comprehensively considering the measured uncertainty of flue gas temperature,compositions and credits,to determine.
