摘要
当代中国大学理念呈现出多样化、特色化、国际化、本土化等实践特点,但在实践中出现若干偏差:浓重的行政化色彩、学术民主的缺失、大学制度的缺陷、功利主义的倾向、大学传统的遗失。当代中国大学理念必须从以下几个方面矫正实践中的偏差:重新调整行政权力与学术权力的关系;大力发扬"学术自由、教授治校"的理念;改革内部治理结构,完善大学制度;保留大学传统,传承大学文化。
The university ideas in contemporary China present some practical features of diversification,characteristics,internationalization and localization,but appear to some practical deviations： strong administrative color,absence of academic democracy,delay of university institutions,utilitarianism tendency,and losing of university tradition. The university ideas in contemporary China must correct the practical deviations from aspects as follows： to readjust relations between administrative power and academic power; to promote actively ideas of ＂ Academic Freedom and Governing University by Professors＂; to reform internal governing structure,and improve university institutions; to preserve university tradition,and inherit university culture.
