摘要
化工、造纸、印染等行业中的有害废液,通常用余热锅炉对其进行焚烧后达标排放,并进行余热回收。针对废液焚烧余热锅炉存在投资特别巨大、处理效果不够理想、使用寿命较短的问题,应用燃烧理论和锅炉原理,对其结构设计进行了理论研究和数值计算,同时提出了较为科学的结构及其设计原则和程序。
The harmful waste liquids from the industry of chemical, papermaking, printing and dyeing, is usually incinerated by heat recovery boiler, to emit up to the standard, and recover wasteheat. Aimed at the problem of the heat recovery boiler , such as huge investment, unsatisfactory treatment effect, shorter service life , based on combustion theory and principles of boiler, the structure of the boiler is theoretically studied and nu- merical calculated, a more scientific structure and its principles and design procedures is proposed.
