摘要
对高职海洋工程技术专业基于区域产业优势开展校企合作、订单式培养,创新实践"三层六段、厂校一体"工学交替的人才培养模式,校企合作构建"岗位工作引领、能力培养为主"的新型课程体系,以及以职业能力培养为目标建设"内外互补、校企联动"的实训实习基地等内容进行探讨,为高职海洋工程技术专业"工学交替"人才培养提供了新的思路。
The paper discusses the talent training mode conducted by ocean engineering technology of higher vocational college based on the advantages of regional industry,the mode is on ＂working and learning alternation style＂of university- enterprise cooperation,ordering training and innovation practice on ＂three levels and six stages,integration of factory and school＂,the paper also discusses the construction of the new curriculum system called ＂job guide,ability training oriented＂through school- enterprise cooperating,As well as the practice bases which professional competence training as the goal of building ＂ inside and outside the complementary linkage between schools and enterprises＂. It provides a new idea for talent training mode of＂working and learning alternation style＂in ocean engineering technology major of higher vocational college.
