摘要 为了研究BIM和RFID技术在建筑资产管理中的应用,提出增加对RFID技术的BIM标准定义以及将存储在RFID内存中的数据映射到BIM数据库中的相关条目中;在概念设计阶段添加新的数据类型、类以及属性;RFID标签和建筑资产之间的关系;最后,为了探讨该方法的技术可行性,使用BIM软件进行了案例研究。 In order to study the application of BIM and RFID technology in building assets management, this paper proposes to add the definitions for RFID technology to the BIM standard and map the in-memory data of RFID to associated entries in a BIM database. New data types, classes and attributes, as well as the relationship between RFID tags and building assets, are provided at the concept design stage and then available BIM software is used in the case study for the purpose of exploring the technical feasibility of such proposed approach.
