摘要
在空中交通流优化调度的研究中,为了保障飞行安全、降低飞行成本,应对多跑道机场管制区进场航空器进行有效的排序。由于不同航空器应配备不同的安全间隔及航空器提前/延迟降落,都会增加额外的飞行成本。为解决上述问题,建立了以总飞行成本最小为目标函数的多跑道机场进场航班排序模型,运用改进人工鱼群算法,对多跑道机场的进场航班排序进行了算例仿真分析,并与先到先服务算法进行了对比研究。仿真结果表明:与先到先服务算法相比,人工鱼群算法使航班延误减少了49.7%,有效地缓解了航班延误,降低了飞行成本。
In order to ensure flight safety and reduce flight costs, the aircrafts in Aerodrome Areas should be scheduled effectively, so this paper established the model of scheduling arrival aircrafts on multiple runways with minimum total cost in considering that different aircraft should be equipped with different security interval and the aircraft landed early or tardy will increase the cost of the flight. A new method of Improved Artificial Fish Warm Algo- rithm (IAFSA) was used to solve this problem, the simulation experiment was carried out, and its computational re- sult was compared with the ones computed by First - Come - First - Serve (FCFS) algorithm. The result shows that the IAFSA can solve the ALS problem effectively and decrease the total delay time by 49. 7%.
