摘要
                
                    人工髋关节试验机是研究人工髋关节磨损的重要工具。考虑髋关节的运动学、动力学状态,设计了一种新型的人工髋关节试验机,能够模拟正常步行、慢跑等运动,以及关节润滑状态。与其他的髋关节试验机相比,该试验机增加了冲击模块,可研究冲击力对人工髋关节磨损的影响。采用ANSYS Workbench对试验机进行了静态分析和模态分析,结果表明试验机满足强度和刚度要求,并且在试验过程中不会发生共振,能够为人工髋关节的磨损研究提供可靠的试验数据。
                
                The artificial hip simulator is an important test rig used in evaluating the wear of artificial hip joint. A novel artificial hip simulator is designed according to the kinematics and kinetics of the hip joint,which can simulate normal walking and jogging as well as joint lubrication. Compared with other hip simulators,an impact module is designed to study the effect of impact force on the wear of artificial hip joint. Static analysis and modal analysis are carried out by ANSYS Workbench. The results show that the hip simulator meets the requirement of stiffness and strength,and resonance does not occur during the experiment. It is indicated that the artificial hip simulator can provide reliable experimental data for the wear analysis of artificial hip joint.
