摘要
对国内外大跨度双塔悬索桥疲劳开裂分布位置进行调研,总结了钢箱梁疲劳损伤典型部位,依托某大桥检测结果进行验证。通过建立大桥有限元模型,进行了全桥动力响应分析、节段横向受力分布分析以及构造细节应力分析,研究了双塔悬索桥钢箱梁纵向截面位置、横向车道位置、构造细节位置等3个层次的典型部位产生疲劳损伤的受力机理。实桥调查及检查数据和受力分析表明,双塔悬索桥钢箱梁疲劳损伤典型部位,纵桥向为主梁1/4跨截面部位、横桥向主要在重车道车轮位置,U肋穿过横隔板过焊孔位置是最易产生疲劳损伤的构造细节。
The fatigue crack locations of suspension bridge in China and foreign countries with twin towers are investigated and the typical fatigue positions are summarized.The conclusions are provided by the inspection results of a suspension bridge.The finite element model of the bridge is established to analyze the dynamic response of the whole bridge,the transverse stress distribution of steel box girder segment and stress character of structural details.The mechanism of fatigue occurrence are studied at different positions in three levels including steel box girder longitudinal section,transverse lane position and the position of structural details.The inspection data of real bridge and stress analysis show that the typical fatigue position of steel box girder suspension bridge with twin towers is at 1/4cross sections of the girder in the longitudinal direction and at heavy traffic lane in the transverse direction.The location of Urib through diaphragm with a welding hole is the structural details to fatigue most easily.
