摘要
产业转型升级是经济增长的必然规律,我国各地区正在全球和国内价值链上调整产业分工和实现产业转型升级。产业转型升级为创业提供了大量的机会,新生代农民工创业又在发展民生经济的基础上进一步推动产业转型升级。因此,各级政府应转变产业发展思路,配套出台培训与金融支持等政策措施,并将现代农业作为新生代农民工创业新领域,使新生代农民工创业紧跟产业转型升级的步伐,促进新生代农民工创业。
The industrial transformation and upgrade is an inevitable law of economic growth. Various areas in China are ad-justing industrial division and achieving industrial transformation and upgrade on the global and domestic value chain. Industri-al transformation and upgrade offers a wide range of opportunities for entrepreneurship, and entrepreneurship of new genera-tion of migrant workers further promotes the industrial transformation and upgrade on the basis of economic development of the peopleˊs livelihood. Therefore, governments at all levels should change industrial development ideas, form a complete set of policy measures, such as the training and financial support, and regard modern agriculture as a new undertaking field of new generation of migrant workers, make the new generation of migrant workers keep up with the pace of industrial transfor-mation and upgrade, and promote the entrepreneurship of new generation of migrant workers.
