摘要
制革鞣制废水含有高浓度的铬(Ⅲ)、氯化钠以及甲酸盐等组分,适宜通过电化学沉积方法回收废水中的Cr(Ⅲ).实验通过调整液体的pH值尝试在不同的电流密度下获得铬的沉积层.同时,对钛电极在溶液中的极化行为进行了研究,采用SEM与EDS对沉积层的表面形貌,组成元素进行分析,结果表明,在pH2.8和电流密度为60 A·dm-2条件下可得到致密沉积层且能耗较低.综合X射线光电子能谱对沉积层中铬的价态进行分析得到沉积层中主要成分为金属铬、氧化态铬和铬的氢氧化物.
Chromium can be recovered by electrodeposition from tanning wastewater because of the presence of high chromium concentration, sodium chloride and formate salt in the solution.Chromium coatings were prepared by adjusting current density and pH through electro-deposition in simulated tanning wastewater. The polarization behavior of chromium deposition was explored by the polarization curves. The results showed that when pH was 2. 8 and the current density was60 A·dm^-2,the optimal deposition occurred. The surface morphology,element composition and element valence of the coatings were investigated by scanning electron microscopy( SEM),energy dispersive spectrometey( EDS) and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy( XPS),respectively. The chromium coatings deposited from the electrolyte mainly contained metallic chromium,oxidized chromium and chromium hydroxide. This research has provided a new method for the recovery of Cr from wastewater.
