摘要
随着政府放权和高职院校内部资源有效配置,二级学院成为了高职院校重要的权责实体.在论述高职院校两级师资管理的内涵与要素的基础上,分析了推行两级师资管理的意义,提出了优化协调机制、完善培训制度、建立科学的评价体系、完善激励机制等推行高职院校两级师资管理的有关策略.
With government decentralization and effective resource allocation in higher vocational colleges, secondary schools have become important rights and liabilities entities of higher vocational colleges. Based on discussing the connotation and elements of two-level teacher management in higher vocational colleges, this paper analyzes the significance to develop two-level teacher management and puts forward related strategies such as optimizing coordination mechanism, perfecting training system, establishing scientific evaluation system and perfecting incentive system.
