磁共振成像在沟槽状胰腺炎诊断中的价值 被引量：3

摘要 沟槽状胰腺炎（groove pancreatitis，GP）是一种慢性局限性胰腺炎，发生于沟槽状区域，即胰头背部、十二指肠降部和胆总管下段之间的裂隙，是一理论上存在的潜在解剖间隙。该病解剖部位特殊，其磁共振表现及临床症状与胰头癌相似，极易误诊为胰头癌，经检索国内有关GP的报道不多。本研究就病理证实的4例GP患者的磁共振影像表现进行分析，以提高磁共振对GP的诊断和鉴别诊断能力。
