摘要
采用超声波萃取方法提取样品,建立了测定纺织品中19种邻苯二甲酸酯增塑剂含量的超高效液相色谱一串联质谱(UPLC-MS/MS)检测方法。该方法简便快捷,灵敏度高。在S/N为10的条件下,19种邻苯二甲酸酯的检出限均小于0.5mg/kg,加标回收率85.3%~114.1%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为1.1%~9.8%(n=6)。
Samples are extracted by ultrasonic extraction method, and a method for determination of 19 phthalate plasticizers residues in textiles is developed by UPLC-MS/MS. The method is simple, quick and high sensitive.At the condition of SIN=IO, the detection limit of 19 kinds of phthalates is less than 0.5 mg/kg. The recovery rate of the method is 85.3%-114.1%. The relative standard deviation (RSD) is 1.1%-9.8% (n=6).
