摘要
多学科协作是交叉、整合、集中、个体化、精准化的诊疗模式。它注重的是根据每个患者的个人特征制定个性化的治疗方案和团队合作精神。和谐的有作为的多学科协作团队是给患者提供优质服务的重要保证。在医学人文理念的引导下,多学科协作以优良的质量为患者提供着合理、有效、便捷的医疗服务,在该模式下,患者得到了利益最大化。开展多学科协作是大型综合医院发展的必然趋势,是医院增强核心竞争力的重要举措。本文介绍了多学科协作的发展过程、现状及郑州大学附属第一医院的多学科综合诊疗工作制度,并通过该单位在疾病诊治中多学科协作的典范事例,阐述了多学科协作的作用及重要意义。
The treatment pattern of multi discipline cooperation is the cross, integration, centralism, individualization and precision diagnosis. It focused on the individual characteristics of each patient and teamwork spirit. As a multidisciplinary collaboration team is the important guarantee for providing quality service to patients. Under the guidance of medical humanistic concept, it is the best for patients with reasonable, effective, convenient and full range of medical service. The patient is the biggest beneficiary of a multidisciplinary collaboration model To carry out muitidisciplinary cooperation is the inevitable trend of large hospitals, and the important measure strengthening the core competitiveness of hospitals. This paper introduces the development of multidiscipline, the current situation and the comprehensive treatment system of the subjects in our hospital. Through the example of multidisciplinary collaboration in disease diagnosis and treatment, this paper expounds the function and the important significance of multisubjects collaboration.
