摘要
高速铁路的发展建立在无缝钢轨之上,无缝钢轨的生产加工中平直度打磨是一道重要工序。确定打磨基准是提高钢轨打磨精度的重要途径。提出了一种基于振动传感器、激光测距传感器和数据采集卡以及相应软件系统的测控系统设计方法。利用振动传感器以及配套的伺服电机确定钢轨的磨削基准;利用激光测距传感器得到钢轨表面的平直度,以此来得到钢轨的磨削加工量;最后由数据采集卡将测得和计算出的数据信息直观地显示在用户面前。该系统能够快速确定磨削基准,提高钢轨精磨机床的加工效率。
The development of high-speed railway based on continuously welded rail. In the process of continuously welded rail machining, straightness grinding of the rail welding joint is an important process. It is an important way to determine the grinding benchmark in improving the rail grinding precision. This paper describes the method of measuring and controlling for the rail grinding machine. It is based on a vibration sensor, laser ranging sensor and data acquisition card and the corresponding software system. Vibration sensors and servo motor are used to determine the grinding benchmark of the rail. Laser ranging sensors are used to detect the rail surface flatness and determine the grinding feed. Finally, the measured and calculated data message can be visually displayed in fi-ont of the user depend on the data acquisition card. The system can determine grinding benchmark quickly and improve the processing efficiency of the rail fine grinding machine.
