摘要
目的:观察中西医结合疗法治疗因牙周炎引发口臭的临床疗效。方法:将74例患者随机分为对照组和治疗组,每组各37例。对照组予以龈上洁治、龈下刮治术进行牙周基础治疗;治疗组在对照组治疗基础之上予以中医辨证施治。结果:治疗组有效率为91.9%,对照组有效率为78.4%,两组有效率比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗因牙周炎引发的口臭疗效显著。
Objective： To observe the clinical curative effect of therapy of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine on bad breath due to periodontitis. Methods： Seventy-four patients with bad breath due to periodontitis were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group,with 37 cases in each group. The ones in the control group were given periodontal basic treatment,such as upragingival scaling and subgingival curettage. The ones in the treatment group were added therapy with syndrome differentiation on the basic treatment of the control group. Results： The effective rates of the treatment group and the control group were 91. 9% and 78. 4% respectively; And the difference between them had statistical significance（ P 〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Therapy of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine has remarkable clinical curative effect on bad breath due to periodontitis.
