摘要
的:观察针灸配合康复治疗对脑卒中患者运动功能的影响。方法:选取脑卒中患者98例,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组49例。对照组给予常规康复治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上加用针灸治疗。结果:观察组治疗后FMA、MBI和生命质量评分提高程度明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:针灸配合康复治疗可以提高脑卒中患者的运动功能,改善患者的生存质量。
Objective： To observe the influence of acupuncture combined with rehabilitation treatment on the motor function of the stroke patients. Methods： 98 stroke patients were randomized into control group and observation group,with 49 cases in each group. Control group were given conventional rehabilitation treatment while observation group were added with acupuncture therapy. Results： After the treatment,the scores of FMA,MBI and quality of life in observation group were marked better than these in control group（ P 〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Acupuncture combined with rehabilitation treatment can enhance the motor function of the stroke patients and improve their quality of life.
